CRUMB QUICHE | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Crumb Quiche is a very easy to prepare single crust pie, added with good amounts of veggies and chicken to make it extremely delicious and appetizing. This is absolutely an easy quiche recipe that is low in fat and hardly any use of oil. The quiche crumb crust is made with crackers, milk and little beaten egg. The best part of the crumb quiche is the super simple crust and awesome savory filling to go with.

Ingredients:
Fat free cracker(powder) 1/2 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Egg 3 Numbers
Garlic 1 Teaspoons
Boiled chicken 1 Cup
Beetroot 1 Teaspoons
Carrot 1 Tablespoons
Boiled potatoes 1 Numbers
Onions 1 Numbers
Coriander leaves 1 Bunch
Mint leaves 1/2 Bunch
Green chillies 2 Numbers
Pepper powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt To taste

Directions:
1. Take a fat free cracker and make a powder in a blender.

2. Now add milk, egg and mix it.

3. Make this as a dough and roll it.

4. Keep this sheet on a pie mould and cut of the edges.

5. Moulds are lined up with cracker dough.

6.For the filling now take garlic, boiled chicken, beetroot, carrot, boiled potatoes, onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, pepper powder, salt and mix all.

7.Fill the moulds with the mixture and add a mixture of egg, milk, salt on it.

8.Bake this in the oven for 180 degrees for around 30 min.

9. After 30 min take them out and remove from the mould.

10. Cut half and serve hot.
