Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Boneless chicken thigh (with skin) 8-10 pieces
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Dipping Batter:
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Cornstarch 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Milk (chilled) 3/4 cup

Ingredients for Fried Chicken:
Marinated chicken
Dipping batter
All-purpose flour (as required)
Water (chilled) as required
Oil (for deep frying) as required

Ingredients for Cocktail sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Hot sauce 1/4 cup
Mustard paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Tabasco sauce 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Garlic (minced) 1/2 tbsp

Ingredients for Pickle Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 tbsp
Pickled cucumber (chopped) 1 tbsp
Jalapenos (chopped) 1 tbsp
Olives (chopped) 1 tbsp
Parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Crunch Burger:
Burger buns as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Fried chicken
Pickle sauce
Cocktail sauce
Cheddar cheese slice as required

Ingredients for Crunch Wrap:
Tortilla as required
Mayonnaise as required
Iceberg lettuce (shredded) as required
Onion (sliced) as required
Tomatoes (sliced) as required
Fried chicken
Cocktail sauce as required
Cheddar cheese slices as required

Directions for Chicken Marination:
1. In a bowl add chicken, salt, red chili powder, paprika, black pepper, white pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, vinegar and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or 4 hours in refrigerator.
Direction for Dipping Batter Preparation:
2. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, red chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, vinegar, hot sauce, milk and mix well. Your dipping batter is ready.
Directions for Fried Chicken Preparation:
3. Take the marinated chicken piece and dip it in dipping batter, coat in flour, dip in chilled water for 2 seconds and coat in flour again.
4. Heat oil in a deep-frying pan and fry the coated chicken on medium flame until crispy and fully cooked. Your fried chicken is ready. set aside.
Directions for Cocktail sauce preparation:
5. In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, hot sauce, mustard paste, lemon juice, vinegar, tabasco sauce, salt, garlic and mix well. Your cocktail is ready. Refrigerate until used.
Directions for Pickle Sauce preparation:
6. In a bowl add mayo, garlic, onion, pickled cucumber, jalapenos, olives, parsley, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, honey, hot sauce, vinegar and mix well. Your pickle sauce is ready. refrigerate until used.
Directions for Crunch Burger:
7. Toast the burger buns, drizzle some pickle sauce on bottom bun, place lettuce leaves on it.
8. Place the fried chicken on top. Drizzle cocktail sauce and place cheese slice.
9. Drizzle some more pickle sauce and place the top bun over it.
10. Your crunch burger is ready to serve.
Directions for Crunch Wrap:
11. Take the fried chicken and cut into strips.
12. Take the tortilla, drizzle mayo, place the fried chicken strips.
13. Drizzle cocktail sauce, top cheese slices and place tomatoes, onion, iceberg lettuce.
14. Roll into the shape of wrap. Your crunch wrap is ready. serve with crunch burger.
