Boiled macaroni coated with flour and deep fried, tossed in spice mix.CRUNCHY MACARONIIngredients1½ cups boiled elbow macaroniOil for deep-frying2-3 tablespoons refined flourSpice mix1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon chaat masalaSalt to tasteMethod1. Heat sufficient oil in a pan.2. Put macaroni in a zip lock bag. Add flour, lock the bag and shake to mix. 3. Place a strainer on a bowl and transfer the macaroni mixture.4. Deep-fry prepared macaroni in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain in the same bowl.5. To prepare spice mix, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chaat masala and salt in a bowl and mix well.6. Sprinkle some spice mix on top of fried macaroni while still warm and mix well.7.
