1/2 cup or 100ml water
Oil for frying

For Making the Potato Mixture:
3-4 boiled potatoes chopped
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp pani puri masala
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp coriander and mint paste
2 tsp tamarind water (imlie water)
Salt to taste
