Curd - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Green Chili - 1 tsp (fine chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp (chopped)
Dry red Chili - 2
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp sliced
Curry Leaves - 5-6
