A must try!CURRIED CHICKEN Ingredients7-8 chicken supremeSalt to taste½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder1½ tbsps Madras Curry Powder½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste10-12 curry leaves ½ lemon juice¼ cup thick coconut milk1½ tbsps oil Cucumber slices to serveTomato chutney to serveMethod1. Take chicken in a bowl, add salt, Tata Sampann Turmeric powder, Madras Curry Powder, ginger-garlic paste and snip curry leaves and add. Squeeze juice of lemon and add coconut milk and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 20-25 minutes.2. Skewer the chicken on to soaked satay sticks. 3. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the chicken satay and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or till the chicken is cooked completely.
