- 50g nc ct da | 50g coconut milk
- 1mcf ht nm | 1tsp mushroom stock powder
- 1mcf ng | 1tsp sugar
- 1/2mcf tiu | 1/2tsp pepper

Gia v p sn chay | Marinade:

- 1/2 mcf ht nm | 1/2tsp mushroom stock powder
- 1/2mcf ng v hng | 1/2tsp five-spice powder
- 1/2mcf x du | 1/2tsp soy sauce
- 1mcf ng | 1mcf sugar
