Soak chia seeds in water and let rest for 20 minutes.Directions for Vermicelli Preparation:2. Now, in a pan add water, corn flour and sugar and mix. Turn on the flame and keep stirring until the mixture starts to thicken. Cook on medium low flame until the mixture becomes translucent.3. Transfer this mixture into the seviyan maker and make the seviyan into the chilled water. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.Directions for Custard Preparation:4. In a pot heat milk and icing sugar and bring it to boil. Add custard slurry and let cook on medium flame until it starts to thicken while stirring continuously.
