In a pot heat oil and add ginger garlic paste and onion, cook until translucent. Now add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook until oil separates. Add water and bring it to boil.2. Now add soaked daal mung and daal masoor and cover and cook on low flame until fully tender.3. In a pan heat oil and add garlic cook until color changes. Now add red chilies, cumin seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour the prepared tarka over Daal and your Daal Tarka is ready.Directions for Zeera Rice:4. In a pot add water and bring it to boil. Now add salt, oil and soaked rice. Cook until 80% done and strain.5. Now in another pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add boiled rice and give it a good mix. Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Your zeera rice is ready.Directions for Fried Hari Mirch:6. To prepare achari masala, In a grinder add salt, red chili powder, fennel seeds, red chili flakes, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, coriander seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and blend it well. 7. Now add lemon into 4 tbsp of achari masala and mix well.8. Take green chilies and deseed them.
