Daddy Lau had big dreams when he was younger, and it wasn’t to be a chef! While we’re sorry his childhood dreams couldn’t come to fruition, we’re immensely grateful for the pathway he’s chosen, and have SO much respect for the knowledge and deliciousness he has to share!
