Dalchini(mace)-2
Bay leaves-2

Garlic paste-1 tsp
Ginger paste-1 tsp
Green chilli(slit)-2
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste or 1.5 tsp
Meat masala or chicken masala powder-1 tsp
