Prawns cooked in mustard oil and further simmered in curd is a Bengali infulenced dish and goes very well with rice and is an exotic dishe to tried on special occations

Ingredients:
Onions 100g
Tomatoes 100 g
Salt
Ginger garlic paste 1 ts
Turmeric pinch
Chilly powder 1tb
Cumin powder 1ts
Coriander powder 1 tb
Garam masala powder 1 ts
Tiger prawns 250 g
Mustard paste 1 ts
Curry leaves 2 sp
Crush pepper ½ ts
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt
Butter 1 tb
Garam masala powder 1 tb
Lemon 1 n

Directions:

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions, salt, sauté it and add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix this and put the lid on and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a slow flame (6 to 7 whistles).
Heat butter in a pan add tiger prawns and sauté it and add mustard paste, add onion tomato gravy, curry leaves, crush pepper, add yogurt, salt, garam masala powder, mix this and cook it for 3 minutes in a slow flame and add lemon slices and mix it, then switch off the flame.
