Chaat lovers, try this now!DAHI MATHRI CHAATIngredients1 cup yogurt (dahi)24-30 mathris + for garnish2 tbsps powdered sugar2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashedChaat masala for sprinklingRed chilli powder for sprinkling1 medium onion, finely chopped1 medium tomato, finely choppedBlack salt for sprinklingRoasted cumin powder for sprinklingDate and tamarind chutney for drizzlingGreen chutney for drizzlingSev for sprinklingMasala dal for sprinklingRoasted peanuts for sprinklingChopped raw mango for sprinklingChopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish Method1. Take yogurt in a bowl, add powdered sugar and ½ cup water and whisk till well combined. Add ½ cup water and mix again. Add the mathris and set aside to soak for 10 minutes.2. To make one portion, place 6 mathris on a serving plate. Place a portion of potato on each mathri. Sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder. Add a portion of the onion, tomato sprinkle some black salt, roasted cumin powder and drizzle some date and tamarind chutney and green chutney. Sprinkle sev, masala dal, roasted peanut and some raw mango. Garnish with coriander leaves and crush some of the mathris and add on top. Serve immediately.
