Dahi Papdi Chaat | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Perfect combination of crunch and mouthwatering flavor of chutneys complimented by goodness of boiled potatoes, chickpeas and sprouted moongs.

DAHI PAPDI CHAAT

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt (dahi)
1 packet Papdi
1 medium potato, boiled
½ cup sprouted moong
1 teaspoon red chilli powder + for garnishing
Salt to taste
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Roasted cumin powder for sprinkling
Chaat masala for sprinkling
¼ cup chilli garlic chutney
¼ cup green chutney
¼ cup tamarind chutney
1 cup sev
½ cup chopped coriander
¼ cup pomegranate for garnish



Method

1. Mash potato in a bowl and add sprouted moong. Season with red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Set aside.
2. Add salt and powdered sugar to the yogurt, mix well and set aside.
3. In a plate, place papdis top them with the potato mixture, sprinkle roasted cumin powder & chaat masala on it.
4. Add 1 teaspoon each, chilli garlic chutney, green chutney and tamarind chutney on top. Add 2 teaspoons dahi on each.
5. Sprinkle chilli powder and chaat masala.
6. Sprinkle sev and garnish with chopped coriander and pomegranate.
7. Serve immidiately
