DAHI PAPDI CHAAT Ingredients1 cup yogurt (dahi)1 packet Papdi1 medium potato, boiled½ cup sprouted moong 1 teaspoon red chilli powder + for garnishingSalt to taste 1/3 cup powdered sugar Roasted cumin powder for sprinkling Chaat masala for sprinkling¼ cup chilli garlic chutney¼ cup green chutney¼ cup tamarind chutney1 cup sev½ cup chopped coriander¼ cup pomegranate for garnish Method1. Mash potato in a bowl and add sprouted moong. Season with red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Set aside.2. Add salt and powdered sugar to the yogurt, mix well and set aside. 3. In a plate, place papdis top them with the potato mixture, sprinkle roasted cumin powder & chaat masala on it. 4. Add 1 teaspoon each, chilli garlic chutney, green chutney and tamarind chutney on top. Add 2 teaspoons dahi on each. 5. Sprinkle chilli powder and chaat masala. 6.
