Dahi Pokhal Bhaat

Boiled Rice 2 cup
Strained rice water in which rice was cooked 2 cups
Fresh Water as required
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 6-8 No.
Green chilli crushed 2-3 No.
Onion chopped 1 No.
Cucumber chopped 1 No.
Lemon juice 1/2 No.
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Place boiled rice in a bowl, Add strained rice water, fresh water and yogurt, mash and mix well and set aside overnight.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and saute till it's splutter.
3. Add curry leaves and mix well.
4. Switch off the flame and pour this mixture to the rice bowl.
5. Add crushed green chillies, chopped onion, cucumber,salt and lemon juice, mix well and serve.
