Paneer pieces cooked in creamy dahi gram flour mixture.DAHIWALI PANEER SABZIIngredients1 cup fresh yogurt (dahi), whisked400 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 inch cubes1½ tablespoons gram flour, roastedSalt to taste1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon fennel seeds¼ teaspoon mustard seeds¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds½ teaspoon cumin seeds½ teaspoon carom seeds1 tablespoon ginger-green chilli paste½ teaspoon asafoetida½ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon red chilli powder3 tablespoons chopped fresh corianderMethod1. Place the yogurt, gram flour and salt in a bowl and whisk till smooth.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.3. Combine fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, ginger-green chilli paste, asafoetida, turmeric powder and chilli powder in another bowl. Add this mixture to the pan alongwith green chillies. 4. Add gram flour mixture and sauté for a minute. 5. Add cottage cheese cubes and cook for 2 minutes.6.
