11/2 cups black Urad Dal
2 Bay leaves
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 Cloves
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
31/2 cups Water
3 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin
3 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 Onions
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3 Tomatoes pureed
1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves
1 tsp Garam masala
3 tbsp Fresh Cream
Garnish with Cream & Butter
