Dal bukhara recipe-How to Make Dal Bukhara-Dal Makhani | Indian Food Channel

Dal Bukhara is one of the most popular delicious dal recipe. Dal Bukhara is look quite similar to Dal Makhani, but taste of bukhara is different because of its different preparation.

Ingridients:
Black Lentils(Urad Dal) 1 Cup (Soacked)
Water 4 Cups
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Cinnamon sticks 2
Mustard oil 2 tbsp

For Tadka:
Butter 50gms
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Oinions 2
Tomatoes 3-4(grated)
Green Chilies 1 tbsp(Chopped)
Kashmiri red chili 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Fresh Cream 1/4 cup
