In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent.2. Now add mutton and cook until mutton changes color. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.3. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get soft.4. Now add red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cook for 2-3 minutes.5. Add 2 cups water, cover, and cook until mutton is half done.6. Now add soaked yellow lentil, red lentil, split chickpeas, and 3 cups of water.
