Dal palak is a easy and nutritious spinach dal recipe. This wont take much time to prepare. Here is the recipe dal palak

Ingredients:
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
A pinch of Hing
1/2 cup Finely chopped Tomato
1 tsp Finely chopped Green chilli
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
2 cups chopped Spinach
1 cup Boiled Moong dal
Warm water
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat up oil in a pot.
Add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add curry leaves, hing, tomato and green chili.
Mix well and cook for a minute. Add garlic paste, coriander
powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and red chili powder.
Mix well and fry for about a minute.
Add spinach and mix well. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Add boiled moong dal and warm water.
Add salt, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.
Dal palak is already.
