Add mustard seeds and let them pop up. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves, hing, tomato and green chili. Mix well and cook for a minute. Add garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Mix well and fry for about a minute. Add spinach and mix well. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add boiled moong dal and warm water. Add salt, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.
