So with Chef Varun Inamdar learn to make Dal Panchmel at home only on Rajshri Food.Ingredients50 gms tur dal25 gms chana dal50 gms moong dal50 gms masoor dal25 gms urad dal peeled2 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Oil1 tbsp jeera1 tbsp chilli pwd1/2 tbsp haldi1 tbsp coriander pwd1 tbsp garam masala pwd1 medium tomato2-3 green chillies chopped1/4 tsp hing WaterSalt as requiredFinely chopped coriander for garnishMethod: - In bowl add together urad dal , tur dal, moong dal, masoor dal and chana dal and add water and wash it properly. Wash it 3 times and strain the water and then soak it for 1 hour in hot water- Add the dals into pressure cooker, some water and salt, cook It for 4-5 whistles.- Churn the dal add more water and mix properly- In a pan add ghee and little bit of oil. Add hing, cumin seeds, garam masala and the dal- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste, add water to adjust the consistency- Add chopped green chillies, tomatoes and coriander leaves.- Dal Panchmel is ready to be served!
