Cheesy balls of goodness! A golden appetizer for any kind of meal!

DANISH CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

½ cup grated cottage cheese
Oil for deep-frying
1 tablespoon refined flour
¼ cup chopped dill leaves
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Salt to taste

Method

1. Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
2. Take cottage cheese in a bowl. Add refined flour, dill leaves, green chillies, garlic and salt and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls.
3. Deep-fry cheese balls in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 5-8 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-7 minutes
