Would you try this?DARK CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY TARTIngredients1¼ cups chopped dark chocolate1½ cups refined flour (maida)½ cup powdered sugar1/3 cup cocoa powderA large pinch of salt½ cup butter, cold and cut into cubes1 egg¾ cup fresh cream2 tbsps room temperature butterMethod1. Take refined flour in a large bowl, add cocoa powder, salt and butter and mix with the tip of your fingers till the mixture resembles breadcrumb consistency.2. Separate the egg and add the yolks into the flour mixture. Add 2-3 tbsps cold water and gently knead till the mixture comes together and forms a dough. 3. Line a 7 inch tart mould with the prepared dough. Place a parchment sheet and press the bottom and sides of the pie using a bowl. Remove the parchment sheet and trim the edges of the pie. Refrigerate this for 20 minutes.4. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.5. Blind bake the pie for 20-25 minutes. 6. To make the ganache, heat fresh cream in a deep pan till it is gently simmering. Add dark chocolate, mix and cook on low heat till the chocolate melts. Switch the heat off, add room temperature butter and mix till it melts. Take the pan off the heat.7. Bring the pie from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.8.
