In this video, I head out of Seoul, and take a day trip to the nearby city of Chuncheon. Located in the Gangwon-do Province, Chunchun is famous for a variety of foods and scenes. No trip to Chuncheon would be complete without checking out their most well known dish: dak galbi! We start our journey at Yongsan Station in Seoul. We take the ITX train to Chuncheon Station. The journey is about 1 hour 20 minutes, and costs approximately 14,000 KRW.We take a local bus for about 30 minutes to the Soyang Dam. After taking in the sights, we head on a small boat to another island. The cost is 6000 KRW for a round trip. The journey takes 12 minutes one way. After disembarking from the boat, we grab a quick bite to eat. We also enjoyed some Korean rice wine called makgeolli. From there, we paid 2000 KRW and hiked up a small mountain to check out an amazing temple called Cheongpyeongsa. After that, we headed to a Skywalk. Admission was 2000 KRW, but you also recieve 2000 KRW in vouchers to use at local businesses. We ended our trip by enjoying a delicious menu of dakgalbi.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Official website: http://www.tastesseoulgood.com Business enquiries:
