INGREDIENTS
MULTIGRAIN PANCAKE
100 gm Whole wheat flour
40 gm Soya flour
40 gm Barley flour
2 tbsp Wheat bran
2 tbsp Flaxseed powder
1 tbsp Powdered sugar (Raw sugar)
2 tbsp Melted butter
tsp Cinnamon powder (dalchini powder)
1 tsp Baking powder
tsp Baking soda (meetha soda)
2 tsp White vinegar
tsp Salt
250 ml Milk
150 ml Water
1 tbsp Sesame seeds (for garnishing)


MIX VEG VERMICELLI
125 gm roasted homemade seviya or vermicelli
1 small sized onion chopped
cup carrots chopped
cup green pepper chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
tsp small mustard seeds
1 pinch heeng
1 cup water boiled


SUJI OATS HANDVO
120 gm suji
cup besan
cup powdered oats
cup curd
1 tsp salt
tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
tsp cumin seeds powder
tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch heeng
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
2 tbsp green coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
cup plus 2 tbsp water
tsp eno
cup carrot
cup chopped green capsicum
cup green beans
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds ( white til seeds )
1 tsp red mustard seeds

HUNG CURD SANDWICH
100 gm hung curd ( made from 250 gm fresh curd )
10 Slices 100% whole wheat bread
cup finely chopped green capsicum
cup grated carrots
cup finely chopped onion
tsp salt
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
tsp red chilli
tsp black pepper
tsp chat masala
tsp garam masala
3-4 tbsp butter
cup green chutney

STUFFED BESAN CHILLA
For making batter for besan chilla
1 cup Besan
tsp Salt
tsp red chilli powder
tsp turmeric podwer
tsp garam masala
2 tbsp curd
Water to make batter
For stuffing
150 gm crumbled paneer
1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
1 small carrot (grated)
tsp salt
tsp coriander powder
1 tsp raosted jeera powder
tsp dry mango powder
tsp red chilli powder
tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

GREEN PEAS POORI
For stuffing
350 gm Fresh green peas
2 Green chilli chopped
2 tbsp Oil
1 pinch Heeng
tsp crushed ajwain
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry roasted cumin seed powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
tsp Fennel seeds powder (saunf powder)
tsp Black pepper powder
tsp Ginger powder
tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Besan
tsp Dry mango powder (amchoor)
tsp garam masala
For dough
350 gm Whole wheat flour
tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Oil for frying

ALOO PARATHA WITHOUT STUFFING
200 gm boiled potato
250 gm wheat flour
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
tsp ginger powder
tsp dry mango powder
1 tbsp kasoori methi
tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp oil
3 -4 tbsp oil for shallow frying
Water required to make a medium tight dough
