INGREDIENTS
Butter 1 ts
Cumin seeds ½ ts
Onion chopped 1 no.
Salt to taste
Turmeric pinch
Chilly powder 1 ts
Garam masala ½ ts
Toor dal (red gram) 1 cup
Dil leaves (Soya leaves) 3 bunches

First boil the tour dal till it is grainy.
Heat butter in a pan when butter melts add cumin seeds, onions chopped, dill leaves sauté it and add salt, turmeric, chilly powder, garam masala, mix it well, add boiled tour dal (red gram) cook this for 5 minutes, add chopped coriander, then switch off the flame.
