Creamy Cake without Oven


Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache:
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 cup
Milk chocolate 1 cup

Ingredients for Cake:
NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 1 cup
Vinegar 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Melted chocolate 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp

Directions for Chocolate Ganache Preparation:
1. In a bowl add milk chocolate, NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream and microwave for 1 minute.
2. Now mix it well until it melts and set aside.
Directions for Cake Preparation:
3. In a bowl add NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk and vinegar. Mix it well.
4. Now add oil, sugar, melted chocolate and mix it again.
5. Now add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix it well until no lumps remain.
6. Now microwave it for 3 mins and your cake is ready.
7. Top it with chocolate ganache and NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream. Your Creamy Cake without oven is ready.
