If you buy store bought dough, simply spread it out onto a greased 9x13" baking pan. If you make it yourself, spread out half the amount of dough and let it rise overnight in the pan.2.) Once the dough has spread out onto the sides, place approximately 6 string cheese sticks around the perimeter of the pan and stretch the dough over and tuck under the cheese sticks.3.) For the sauce, combine tomato paste & water, bring to a boil then add in the seasonings and let simmer for 35-40 minutes. This is simply to allow the flavors to come together. OR buy store bought pizza sauce.4.) We decided to spread the sauce on the dough before baking to keep the dough moist.5.) Bake @ 500°F for 15 minutes.6.) Spread on 2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese & 24 Pepperonis and bake again for 10 minutes.7.)
