Place deep cuts in the chicken. And deep fry in oil until it changes color.2. In a bowl, add all the ingredients for marinade and coat the fried chicken with the marinade. Let it marinate for 2-4 hrs. 3. Add water in a steamer, bring it to a boil and place the marinated chicken pieces on the plate and cover with the lid. Steam for 25-30 minutes over medium low flame. 4. Take the steam roast chicken out of the steamer and keep aside.5. Now, soak rice in water for 25 mins.6. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pot. Add cumin and whole garam masala and cook for a minute.7. Add ginger garlic paste and chili paste and cook for another minute. Add coriander, saute for a moment and then add water.
