Enjoy it with hot kachori's and do let us know your feedback in the comments below.Ingredients for masala:-1 tbsp Coriander seeds1 tsp Cumin seeds1 tsp Fennel seeds8-10 black pepper9-10 fenugreek seedsIngredients for Sabzi:4 tbsp Oil1 Green Chili, finely chopped1 tsp ginger, grated2 Dry Red Chiles1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder1 tsp Red Chili Powder1/2 tsp Cumin Powder1 tsp Coriander Powder1 tsp Garam Masala4 Tomatoes, finely chopped1 tsp Salt4 Potatoes, boiled & crushed2 Cups Water1 tsp Kasoori MethiMethod for Aloo sabzi:-Grind all the dry ingredients first. Heat a pan, add oil, green chilies, ginger, dry red chilies.Keep the gas on low flame, add the grounded masalas and mix them well.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, mix them well.Add tomatoes, and mix well.Add salt and mix well.Close the lid and let the tomatoes cook.Add potatoes, and mix it well.Add some more salt to balance the taste and add water.
