Ingredients for Aloo Gobi Preparation:
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 4-5
Potato cubes 500 g
Cauliflower 1 kg
Water 1 cup

Ingredients for Aloo Gobi Paratha:
Aloo Gobi as required
Dough as required
Ghee as required

Directions for Aloo Gobi Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few seconds.
2. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chili flakes, salt, garam masala powder and mix it well.
3. Add tomatoes, green chilies and cook for a min.
4. Now add potatoes and water cover and cook for 10-15 mins or until potatoes are done
5. Now add gobi and cover and cook for 5 mins or until gobi gets soft.
6. Your Aloo Gobi is ready.
Directions for Aloo Gobi Paratha Preparation:
7. Take the prepared aloo gobi in a bowl and mash it well.
8. Take a rolled dough sheet. Spread aloo gobi on it. Place another rolled out dough sheet on top.
9. Press to combine the edges.
10. Transfer it on a preheated griddle and brush ghee on it. Cook each side for 1-2 mins.
11. Your Aloo Gobi Paratha is ready. Serve and enjoy.
