Vegetables: Cabbage, Tomato, Garlic greens, red chilly ripe
Spices: salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garlic pods, coriander and cumin powder.
COOKING:
Cabbage sabzi or Cabbage stuff
1. In tava add clarified butter, add turmeric powder, add cabbage saute.
2. Add garlic greens, little salt saute, keep aside
Tomato Sauce:
3. Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, garlic pods, red chilly, turmeric powder, add tomato, stir-fry.
Salad:
1. Chop cabbage finely, thin, shredding style
2. Chop tomato like semi circular slice
3. Add salt, coriander and cumin powder, mix well.
