Ingredients:200 gms Paneer2 chopped Tomatoes1 tsp Cumin3 chopped green Chillies 3 tbsp chopped capsicum2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala1 tsp red chilli powder2 cups boiled vegetables (Potatoes, peas, Beans & Carrot)3 cups cooked rice3 tsp oilSalt to tasteMethod: Heat oil in tava and saute paneer till golden brown. Remove from tava and add salt and chilli powder and keep aside. Heat remaining oil and put cumin, chopped onions, chillies, capsicum and salt as required. To this add chopped tomatoes and the remaining pav bhaji masala and chilli powder. Next, add the boiled vegetables and a pinch of salt and mix well.
