I forgot to mention that I found out after speaking with my mother that I was NOT breast fed. Breast fed babies get a beautiful start to life with a big dose of healthy bacteria... those who are bottle fed, didn't get the full range of bacteria and very likely will experience gut issues and allergies (among other things) throughout their lives if they don't take action to build and grow a healthy gut with what they do have. This is definitely possible and I am proof. I have worked hard at building my gut but there is still work to do to grow and maintain a healthy ecology.
