गेहूं के आटे से घर पर बनाये क्रिस्पी डाइजेस्टिव बिस्किट्स

Ingredients for Digestive Biscuits Recipe are:

Wheat Flour [गेहूं आटा] - 225 gm
Butter [मक्खन] - 120 gm (Salted & Cold)
Baking Powder [बेकिंग पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar [चीनी पाउडर] - 90 gm
Milk [दूध] - 50 ml

Steps for Digestive Biscuits Recipe are:

Take a bowl. Add wheat flour butter & butter. Mix well.
Add baking powder & sugar powder. Mix again. Break lumps if any.
Add milk. Now mix one final time to make the dough.
Flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Seal the cracked borders.
Use a round mold or a bowl to cut the dough into biscuit shapes.
Designing is optional. Use a wooden skewer to make holes.
Remove unwanted dough around the biscuit.
Place the biscuits in a baking tray. Dust the baking tray either with wheat flour or use parchment paper
Preheat OTG (10 mins) at 170°C. Bake 20 mins at 170°C.
Your healthy digestive biscuits are ready.
