Chicken Brinjal BarthaIngredients:-Oil - 2 tb spnsGarlic - 5-6 clovesChicken - 150g Boneless Brinjal- 250gMustard seeds- 1/2 tspCumin seeds - 1/2 tspCurry leaves- 1 sprig Onions - 2 choppedTurmeric- PinchTomatoes- 3 chopped Green chillies- 4-5 chopped Coriander powder- 1 tspGaram masala - 1/2 tspSalt - To TasteSpinach Roti:-Take a bunch of spinach and purée it. And ads it to whole wheat flour and knead it into soft dough and rest it for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into thin roti and cook it on high flame .Serve it hot with salad
