Ding Chick Chicken Eggplant Bartha with healthy Roti - chicken shredded and cooked with eggplant

Chicken Brinjal Bartha

Ingredients:-

Oil - 2 tb spns
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Chicken - 150g Boneless
Brinjal- 250g
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Onions - 2 chopped
Turmeric- Pinch
Tomatoes- 3 chopped
Green chillies- 4-5 chopped
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - To Taste

Spinach Roti:-

Take a bunch of spinach and purée it. And ads it to whole wheat flour and knead it into soft dough and rest it for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into thin roti and cook it on high flame .
Serve it hot with salad
