Make these Healthy Gujiya for Diwali this year! #gujiya #gujiyarecipeIngredients: 1.5 cup Plain Flour (Maida)1 tbs gheeSalt to tasteMava (khoya)Desiccated CoconutSugar2 tsp Poppy Seeds (khaskhas)Some Chironji, Pista & Almond slices1/2 tsp Cardamom PowderHoney and Ghee to brush on GujiyaMethod: Take 1.5 cup Plain Flour (Maida) in a bowl. Add 1 tbs ghee and salt to taste knead into a pliable dough. Cover and leave it for 10-15 minutes Heat up a pan, add Mava (khoya), Desiccated Coconut & Sugar as per tasteAdd 2 tsp Poppy Seeds (khaskhas), some Chironji, Pista & Almond slices. Add 1/2 tsp Cardamom PowderKeep roasting until Sugar melts and Mava turns soft. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.From the dough prepared roll out into a thin small circle. Place a spoonful of mava filling at the centre of roundels. Cover Gujiya by folding the sides. Line them on a baking tray along with a parchment paper in it. Brush some Honey & Ghee on each Gujiya.Bake them at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.When baked brush more honey.
