In a medium sauce pan pour in 1 Cup Sugar & 1/2 Cup of water and dissolve the sugar by heating up to a boil, then reduce and simmer.2. As the mixture simmers add in 3/4 Cup Corn Syrup.3. In a food processor, grind up the Habanero Peppers & Mango into a paste.4. Add the Habanero's, Mango & Vinegar to the mixture and let this combination reduce.5. Separately create your slurry and add to the mixture to thicken up.6.
