• 1 Clove Garlic

Directions:

.) For the sauce, dice up Onion, Garlic & Parsley

.) Add oil to a sauce pan and add in your onion until translucent and your garlic

.) Combine all the dry ingredients add the water, bring to a boil and let simmer

.) Finally add in your buttermilk

.) As a spread on your burger, combine 1 part Mayonnaise and 1 part creamy pepper sauce

.) With the other half of your onion, saute in a seperate pan with oil until you reach carmelization

.) Weigh out your burgers to approximately 4 oz each and season them with Julia's secret seasoning blend

.) While on the grill, make 3 perforations into the meat in one direction and 3 perforations into the meat 45 degrees. This will prevent the burger from shrinking too much and give it an interesting texture

.) Butter up some Texas Toast and grill for 2-3 minutes on medium heat

.) The build order is: Texas Toast, cheese, burger patty, cheese, burger patty, creamy pepper spread, grilled onions and Texas Toast.
