For the sauce, dice up Onion, Garlic & Parsley2.) Add oil to a sauce pan and add in your onion until translucent and your garlic3.) Combine all the dry ingredients add the water, bring to a boil and let simmer4.) Finally add in your buttermilk5.) As a spread on your burger, combine 1 part Mayonnaise and 1 part creamy pepper sauce6.) With the other half of your onion, saute in a seperate pan with oil until you reach carmelization7.) Weigh out your burgers to approximately 4 oz each and season them with Julia's secret seasoning blend8.) While on the grill, make 3 perforations into the meat in one direction and 3 perforations into the meat 45 degrees. This will prevent the burger from shrinking too much and give it an interesting texture9.) Butter up some Texas Toast and grill for 2-3 minutes on medium heat10.)
