Turkish basil sherbet way better then any ready cold drinks, dont forget to save!
In a small pan mix tbsp of dry hibiscus, optionally couple of rose geranium leaves with cup of hot water and brew for 5 minutes.
In a pitcher add two handfuls of purple basil, 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar, two slices of lemon, and 500ml boiled water that cooled 30 seconds. Add hibiscus mixture, two pieces of citric acid (optional) stir and let it cool.
Add ice cubes, cold water, chill completely and enjoy!
