Follow our step-by-step recipe video and learn how to make the perfect Doodh Badam Katli, perfect for celebrating a special occasion or satisfying your sweet tooth.#happycookingtoyou #foodfusion # #Olpers #OlpersMilkPowder #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi #digitalmom Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3SdOAs7Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Boiling water as required-Badam (Almonds) 350g (soaked for 30 minutes)-Chilled water as required-Sugar 1 Cup or to taste-Olpers Milk powder Cup-Kewra essence 1 tsp-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Water 1 & Cup or as required-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 3 tbs-Badam (Almonds) sliced -Dried rose petals Directions:-In boiling water,add almonds,cover & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes then turn off the flame & let it rest for 5 minutes then strain.-In chilled water,add almonds & remove skin. -In a blender jug,add peeled almonds,sugar,milk powder,kewra essence,cardamom powder, gradually add water,blend well & set aside. -In a wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.-Add milk & almond mixture,mix continuously & cook until moisture is reduced (8-10 minutes) & cook on medium low flame until it leaves the sides of pot (10-12 minutes).-Grease silicon mat with desi ghee,add katli mixture,spread evenly & roll gently with the help of rolling pin.-Spread almonds,dried rose petals & press gently.-Let it rest for 5 minutes.-Cut into desired shape & let it set for 2 hours & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Boiling water as required-Badam (Almonds) 350g (soaked for 30 minutes)-Chilled water as required-Sugar 1 Cup or to taste-Olpers Milk powder Cup-Kewra essence 1 tsp-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Water 1 & Cup or as required-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 3 tbs-Badam (Almonds) sliced -Dried rose petals Directions:-Boiling water mein badam dal ker dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein phir chulha bund ker dein aur 5 minute kliya chor dein aur strain ker lein.-Chilled water mein badam dal ker skin ko remove ker lein.-Blender jug mein peeled badam,cheeni,milk powder,kewra essence,elaichi powder aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Doodh & badam mixture dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur moisture reduced ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) aur darmiyani halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).-Silicon mat ko desi ghee sa grease karein,katli mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa gently roll ker lein.-Badam aur dried rose petals dal ker gently press ker lein.-5 minutes kliya rest dein.-Desired shape mein cut ker lein aur 2 hours set hunay kliya chor dein & serve karein!
