Bring milk to boil in deep non-stick pan, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Add rice and mix and cook till the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes or till the rice is cooked completely. 3. Add sugar, pistachios, almonds, charoli and green cardamom powder and mix. Cook further for 10-15 minutes on low heat, mixing in between. Take the pan off the heat.4. Transfer into serving bowls and serve.
