DOSA BONDA WITH SESAME CHUTNEY SAMBAR AND PEANUT CHUTNEYINGREDIENTS:Oil - As Required Red chillies - 6 noCurry leaves - 2 springCoriander seeds - 2 tspPeanut - 50gmsTamarind - 3 pieceOnion - 1 no.Tomatoes - 1 no.Cumin seeds - 1 tspCarrot - 2 nos. Banana peppers - 5 nos.Drumstick - 2 nosGarlic - 10 clovesEgg plant - 2nos.Cauliflower - 8 piecesTomato - 1 noSambar powder - 1 tspWater - As Required Salt - As Per TastePepper - 100gmsGreen chillies - 1 noAll-purpose flour - 2 tspDIRECTIONS:Heat oil in a pan,add red chillies, curry leaves, coriander seeds, peanuts, tamarind, onion, tomatoes saute it and grind into a fine paste. Chutney is ready. Now, Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds, red chillies, onion, carrot, banana peppers, curry leaves, drumsticks , garlic, cauliflower saute it till light brown in colour.Then add Eggplant pieces, tomato pieces, sambar powder, water, salt, boiled toor dal. Mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes. Take dosa batter in a bowl, add crushed pepper, chopped green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, all-purpose flour mix it well and then make them into small dumplings.
