Dosa Bonda With Sesame Chutney Sambhar and Peanut Chutney | Vahchef - VahRehVah

DOSA BONDA WITH SESAME CHUTNEY SAMBAR AND PEANUT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:
Oil - As Required
Red chillies - 6 no
Curry leaves - 2 spring
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Peanut - 50gms
Tamarind - 3 piece
Onion - 1 no.
Tomatoes - 1 no.
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Carrot - 2 nos.
Banana peppers - 5 nos.
Drumstick - 2 nos
Garlic - 10 cloves
Egg plant - 2nos.
Cauliflower - 8 pieces
Tomato - 1 no
Sambar powder - 1 tsp
Water - As Required
Salt - As Per Taste
Pepper - 100gms
Green chillies - 1 no
All-purpose flour - 2 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in a pan,add red chillies, curry leaves, coriander seeds, peanuts, tamarind, onion, tomatoes saute it and grind into a fine paste. Chutney is ready.
Now, Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds, red chillies, onion, carrot, banana peppers, curry leaves, drumsticks , garlic, cauliflower saute it till light brown in colour.
Then add Eggplant pieces, tomato pieces, sambar powder, water, salt, boiled toor dal. Mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes.
Take dosa batter in a bowl, add crushed pepper, chopped green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, all-purpose flour mix it well and then make them into small dumplings. Deep fry them in hot oil till golden in colour.
