Double Berry Smoothie | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Refreshing healthy smoothie made by blending yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries.

DOUBLE BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

¼ cup blueberries
7-8 strawberries, hulled
1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
4-6 tablespoons chilled milk
3-4 tablespoons cranberry juice
Strawberries for garnishing
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Blend together blueberries, ½ cup yogurt, honey and 2-3 tablespoons milk in a blender jar to make a smooth mixture. Pour some mixture in individual glasses.
2. Blend together remaining yogurt, remaining honey, remaining milk, chopped strawberries and cranberry juice in a blender jar to make a smooth mixture. Pour some on top of blueberry mixture.
3. Serve chilled garnished with strawberries and mint sprigs.
