Ingredients of Dum Aloo Biryani recipe:

Water as required
Salt to taste
1 tsp Ghee
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Cardamoms
2 Cloves
2 Bay leaves
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 cups Basmati rice
1 cup Green Peas
4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Jeera/Cumin
250 gms Baby Potatoes
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1.5 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Biryani masala
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup fried Onions
A handful of Coriander leaves
A handful of Mint leaves
Fried Onions
1 tsp Ghee
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Fried Onions
