#dumchickenmasala #dumchickencurry #dumkamurghIngredients for Dum Chicken Masala:- Chicken, curry cut with bones -1 kg- Thick Curd/Yoghurt- half cup- Onions, sliced fine - 3 medium onion- Potato - 1 large- Ginger garlic green chilly paste - 2 tbs- Coriander leaves, finely chopped- 1 cup- Mint Leaves chopped 2 tbsp- Almonds -10 Other Ingredients:- Turmeric powder- 3/4 tsp- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 2.5 tsp- Coriander Powder-2 tsp- Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp - Black pepper powder- 1 tsp- Cumin Seed - 1/2 tsp- Cardamom - 4 nos- Cloves - 5 nos- Cinnamon - small piece- Saffron - few strands soaked in 2 tbsp of warm milk- Juice of lemon -1 tbsp- Oil - 4 tbsp- Salt- to tastePreparation:- Fry the sliced onions in oil till golden brown.
