Ingredients
½ kg Fat-Tailed sheep fat
1.5 kg Mutton leg
2 Potatoes
3 Tomatoes
2 Onion
6-7 Green chilies
1 big Lemon
50 gram Ginger
50 gram Garlic
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1½ cup water
Directions for Dum Pukht:
Take mud handi add fat-tailed sheep fat in it then add big size cut mutton leg and add tomatoes, potato, onion, green chilies, lemon, ginger, garlic and salt & pepper.
Add 1 & ½ cups of water, close it and cover the edges with flour.
Cook for 2 & ½ hour and don’t let steam go out.
Open it carefully after 2 & ½ hour.
Your dish is ready to serve
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2:30 hours
