In a handi add mutton fat, mutton, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, green chilies, garlic, ginger, salt, lemon, black peppercorns, water. Cover it with lid and seal the lid from the sides with dough.2. Let it cook for 2 and half hours. Cut the dough from edges and remove the dough. Your dumpukht is ready to serve. Set aside.Directions for Rice Preparation:3. In a pot heat oil and add onion. Cook until starts to turn brown.4. Now add bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon stick, black cardamom and cook for a minute.5. Add mutton stock and water and bring it to boil.6. Add rice and cook until 80% water has been absorbed.7. Now cover and steam over low flame for 10-15 minutes.8. Your rice is ready.9. Now transfer the rice in a dish.
