Carefully watch the video and test the sherbet's last drops to see oozing thick consistency.Bake the baklava at 180C preheated oven for 15 minutes then lower the temp. to 160 and continue to bake until golden and inside is fully baked for about 30-35 more minutes.Pour hot syrup over hot baklava.
