Soybeans kebab

Ingredients:
Soybean : A large bowl
Fine flour : Two tablespoons
Corn Flowers : 2 tbsp
Garlic buds : 15
Ginger : 7 pieces
Salt : 1 tablespoon
Green chilies : 4
Green coriander : 3 tablespoons
Color used in food
Cooking oil
A pencil

Recipe:
First we will heat the water and put it in soybean and cover it with a plate
for 15 minutes. Now we will take a grinder and will put green chilies, garlic, ginger, green coriander and soya bean in it, then we will add some salt and a pinch of color used in the food in it
and grind it. Now we will take it out in a bowl and mix two spoonful of fine flour & 2 spoonful corn flour and mix it well.
Now after preparing this mixture, we will keep oil in a pan for heating.
Now we will take a pencil and wrap the mixture around it giving it the shape of seek kabab.
Then, we will slowly remove this pencil and put kabab in the oil and fry it till it gets golden color.
Also prepare the rest of the kebab similarly and take them out in a plate.
